INTRODUCTION

Life Satisfaction is associated with the collaboration of our emotion, physical, spiritual, cognitive/intellectual, social, professional experiences that determine our overall individual satisfaction levels. The ability of obtaining happiness in this life is the overall goal when seeking out life satisfaction (Broderick & Blewitt, 2010, pg.459).

Balance Wheel

My overall personal wellness wheel assessment was rather enlightening as I learned that I was anything but balanced in my life. The questionnaire provided reflection opportunities but lacked the personal connection with my own real-time thoughts, goals and feelings (Broderick & Blewitt, 2010, pg.460)

Glancing at my Balance wheel one may confirm the unbalance in the wheel is obvious. My top three areas were intellectual, spiritual and physical. My lower were mental, social and financial.
