RECYCLED MENORAH COMPETITION:

• Menorah can be made out of recycled materials only.
• Should include 8 candle spaces of the same hight.
• Should include 1 candle space higher than the others - Shamash
• Good Luck.
• We all meet at 12 for the results of the vote in front of the office.

STATION 2 - DRY FOOD MENORAH OR FOAM MENORAH

MATERIALS

• Macaroni and Lentils
• White glue
• Cotton bud
• Red crepe paper
• Cardboard paper

Instructions:
1. Take some small pieces of crepe paper and roll them between your fingers until they are thin enough to poke inside some macaroni. Use this technique to make 9 macaroni candles.
2. Paste the candles onto the card to make a menorah. Use two pieces of macaroni for the shamash.
3. Using white glue and cotton bud build the rest of the menorah from dry lentils.

STATION 3 - DREIDEL MAKING

MATERIALS:

• Template on thin cardboard
• Glue
• Straw

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Cut the template along the edges.
• Cut an X in the tiny circle on the top.
• Fold along the inside lines and form a top shape.
• Glue the flap into place.
• Stick a straw through the tiny circle at the top and play dreidel!
