Local sustainable farming would be the best for your health because it is good for the environment and it's natural.

Cows are fed what they were raised to eat. Grass, not corn.

  • Animals evolved to eat grass and humans evolved to eat meat.
  • "Green grass has large Quantities of beta carotene, vitamin E,
  • and folic acid" (Which is natural - no chemicals) these are important for
  • a healthy diet.

Local sustainable is better for the ENVIRONMENT and your health.

  • Less chemicals.
  • They recycle everything. The cow manure, chicken guts, feathers are mixed
  • for compost, "At a slaughterhouse the guts would be turned into protein
  • meal and fed to factory framed pigs, cattle, and other chickens. The
  • natural way to put nitrogen back in the soil."

Some may say food produced locally may leave as large as a

  • carbon footprint as created on factory farms (pollution, using
  • fossil fuels.) There are positive aspects to local eating, such as
  • quality taste, healthier food, and it is good for the local economy.
  • The food travels shorter distances, saving fuel.

The best way of getting food is by growing it naturally

  • and buying it locally to help the local farmers economy and improve
  • people's heath. People should see the benefits of local sustainable
  • farming. It is better for the environment and for your body because
  • there are less chemicals and less pollution.
