One of the main reasons that cause society break down is that they are not honest to each other. In real world, there is a kind of people that always look friendly and nice but they try to hurt you when you believe in them.

Jack had many conflicts with Ralph, like he wanted to be the chief and he thought hunting is more important than keeping the signal fire. When Ralph did something wrong, Jack tried to pursuade boys to choose him to be the chief, that means they could hunting and do whatever they want. However, at that time, the civilization rules limited their evil natural behaviors to come up, that forced Jack left the community and build a tribe with several hunters. This inspired others to follow because Jack's tribe seemed to have more Liberty and fun. In fact, we all know it indefinitely not good to make that kind of decision. We should obey the rule and overcome the beast from the inner heart, so that the tragedy of Piggy and Simon will not happen in the real life
