  • Create a digital version of your logo using your sketches and the Sketchbook App, or by hand using traditional material.

  • Watch "The Logo Design Process"
  • Find 20 images, logos, or photos that will help you with the concept and design of your logo.
  • Create a MOOD BOARD with these images in Explain Everything.

PLANNING 2

  • Find 20 images, logos, or photos that will help you with the concept and design of your logo.
  • Circle 3 of your favorite logos in RED
  • Divide your 20 logos into the 3 types of logos we covered: WORDMARK, PICTORAL, ABSTRACT ICONOGRAPHY

INQUIRY QUESTION
Why are the arts an important career option?

OBJECTIVE
Based on logos chosen for your mood board, create a logo for your business.

FINAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Color
  • Completed on 8x8 paper, may use any combination of oil pastel, colored pencil, or watercolor.
  • Follow the rubric in Schoology to create your logo design.
  • Presentation counts - Centered on paper using measuring tools.

LAST DAY :-(

  • Finish Logo Design. Put name on back.
  • Submit picture of logo to Schoology
  • Check Schoology for any missing grades, NOT Infinite Campus.
  • Clean out Lockers
  • Handshake, Hug, or Hi-5 on your way out.
  • Have an awesome winter break!
