Be direct:
Say "No thank you" sometimes it's just that easy
Repeat yourself:
Be firm in your position and repeat your response
State why:
Give a reason why; try saying, "no thanks I have to be up early."
Turn the tables:
"why do you care if I do or don't?" Be confident.
State the truth:
People don't like being accused of peer pressure, so try stating the obvious
Walk away:
It's always an option to not respond and walk away.
Change the subject:
Try suggesting something better to do with your time.
Be proactive:
If you know you are in a situation with drugs/alcohol leave before it gets to that point.
Accept the person, reject the behavior:
If it's a friend try saying, "I respect your choice to do drugs, respect mine not to."
