Magnetite can be used in heavy concrete. This is in concrete when they add magnetite into the mix to make the concrete more dense, because concrete is higher in density.

Magnetite can be used in water filteration. Magnetite is magnetic so they can use it to help clean out the water, and doing this it saves water more than other ways.
