Step to Import PST to Office 365

Open the tool once you download and install it.
Click on Add File >> Scan >> OK.
A PST file preview will generate. Hit on Export.
Choose Export All or the Selected Folder option.
Select Primary or the Archive mailbox, click Next button.
Enter the Office 365 ID and Password. Click on OK.
