How are fossils formed?

Do you want to learn how fossils were formed? Here are the steps how fossils are formed. Fossils are formed from anything that existed a long time ago. They get buried and get a lot of pressure from the sand and sediment. Also fossils get buried in amber peat and in the ice. Fossils are buried underground and in the sea they didn't break or melt. That is how fossils are formed!
