FOUNDING OF THE MARIST BROTHERS
- Marcellin Champagnat founded the Marist Brothers in 1817.
- He is why Marist is a school to this day.
- The Marist Brothers are known for their family spirit.
- They live the Gospel by being fully present to each and other people.

- Another Brother that he knew was sick and he wanted to visit him.
- Suddenly, he gets caught in the storm and is trapped.

- He left a message to his Brothers right when he died.
- It said, "May you be of one heart and one mind".
