MARS MISSION

WHY GO TO MARS

• It just has enough atmosphere to be able to land on
• It seem to have water before that turned to ice
• It is not mad out of gas.
• We have land about 3 rovers on mars

WHAT IT NEEDS

• One it need a parachute
• It need to be able to go through mars atmosphere
• It constraints are is
• The parachute need to slow down the rover
• The parachute need to be small enough to fit in it

PROTOTYPE #1

• I Put a bed
• I put an air tank
• I put a rocket
• I put a comand center
• I put a lab

PROTOTYPE #2

• I put a parachute
• I added in a rover
• I put heat sheild
• I put a way to destroy flying asrtoid in my way
• A compuer to recive data and send data back

FINALY THERE IS THE LAST PROTOTYPE AND MORE SLIDS

PARACHUTES!!!!!!!

• It slowes down the spacecraft
• It keeps the spacecraft from falling

TRYING OUT SOME PARACHUTES

• We kept the length of supension lines the same
• WE also kept the materail of the parachute the same too
• We changed the parachute size

• Med: 1.4
• Large: 2.0
• Large is the slowness to uses
