ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • Masters degree in 1505 from the University of Erfurt
  • Received his Doctor of Theology on October 19, 1512
  • Ordained to priesthood in 1507
  • Started teaching theology in 1508 at the University of Wittenberg
  • Became part of "the senate of the theological faculty...to the position of Doctor in Bible"
