MATH COMPETITIONS

OCTOBER 27-29TH

1ST - 2ND GRADE

1ST-2ND GRADE- CLASSROOM ROUNDS

• MONDAY 27th- Written exam administered. (During Math Time)
• TUESDAY 28th- "Snakes & Ladders" iPad App Competitions. (During Math Time)
• Top 5 students from each classroom move on to the Gamified Competition.
• The top 5- are the best scores in the Written Exam, taking into consideration
• the App game played on Tuesday as well.

1ST-2ND GRADE - GAMIFIED COMPETITION- WEDNESDAY 29TH

3RD - 5TH GRADE

3RD-5TH- CLASSROOM ROUNDS-

• MONDAY 27th- Written exam administered. (During Math Time)
• TUESDAY 28th- Ipad Place Value (During Math Time)
• Top 5 from each Classroom will move on to the Gamified Competition.
• Top 5- are the best scores in Written Exam, taking into consideration
• the individual Bean Cup Competitions.

3RD-5TH GRADE- GAMIFIED COMPETITION- WEDNESDAY 29TH

In the Gamified stage of the competition, both grades go outside at the same time, but only the top 5 from each grade will participate, while everyone else cheers on.

Teachers... DO NOT WORRY...

All the Exams used in the first day of assessment will be provided to you shortly; also, the iPads, or any Materials needed for the Classroom Rounds will be provided for you.

This healthy competitive drive is a great way to incentivize our students for the rest of the year!

Gamified Competitions will be thoroughly detailed shortly, so you can go out and have fun with your students
on that day.

DO NOT REVEAL THE WINNERS...
Keep that info to yourself...
They shall be announced either via radio at the end of Wednesday or outside on Thursday morning depending when all the scores are collected.
