Reflection
In my ideal day I am burning more calories than I am consuming on a daily basis. This is a great plan for me because I am able to stay in shape by eating things I like and participating in activities I enjoy. Each day I am eating about 1,650 calories and burning 3,445.6 calories. By burning this many calories I can burn off what I ate along with some extra calories I might have gained that day, allowing me to live a healthy life.
