"The impact of the printing press on science was immense. Printing was used to report and maintain knowledge about the world of nature. It made scientific studies more readily available, spreading knowledge to far wider circles than had ever been reached before printing."
Before the printing press when scientists made observations and they would hand wright it and would not preserved and documented but with the printing press they could be documented for many future generations to more people than ever before.
