CELL MEMBRANE

CONTROLS THE MOVEMENT OF MATERIALS IN AND OUT OF THE CELL.

I chose a wall to represent the cell membrane because the wall can have an entrance and at the entrance there is always police or a security waiting and only allowing some things/people to enter.

CYTOPLASM

JELLY-LIKE SUBSTANCE THAT FILLS IN THE CELL AND KEEPS MATERIALS IN IT’S PLACE

I chose a pool because it maintains the water in a small or large area.

NUCLEUS

THE CONTROL CENTER OF THE CELL.

I chose a city hall because the city hall controls all of the city and the nucleus controls the whole cell.

CYTOSKELETON

MAINTAINS CELL’S SHAPE AND ITS MOVEMENT

I chose the police because the police maintains the city and solves the problems it has.

SMOOTH ER

REMOVES TOXINS AND PRODUCES LIPIDS

I chose a factory because it reduces materials and makes new things out of that.

RIBOSOME

PRODUCES PROTEINS

I chose a shops because they produce items to sell for the city and like the ribosomes it produces lipids.
