Cardiovascular endurance- running, walking, swimming, biking
Muscular Strength- bench press, push ups, pull ups, dead lifting
Muscular Endurance- pull ups, squats, push ups, sit ups
Flexibility- trunk lift, shoulder stretch, sit and reach, quad stretch
Body Composition- BMI, diets, vitamins, other body essentials

hit with base of thumbs, not wrist
shuffle movement with a strong & wide base when recieving

Ultimate frisbee
Be aware of surroundings at all times
Throws: forward hand, back hand & hammer
Use pivoting techniques to make passing to teammates easier
Always make sure reciever is looking at you to avoid injury
