LEVEL 3: A PERSON RUNNING

• Have my brother stand against my house
• Tell him to run
• Start timer when he starts running
• After 2 seconds tell him to stop
• Stop timer when my brother stops
• Measure the distance covered
• Divide the distance covered (5.1m) by the time (2 seconds)
• Record results

LEVEL 2: A TOY MOVING ON THE FLOOR

• Get the toy (my brother's toy car)
• Measure 5 meters across the floor
• Get timer out (I-Pad)
• Roll the car
• Start the timer when the car starts moving
• Stop the timer when the car reaches 5 meters
• Divide the total distance (5 m) by the time (4.03 seconds)
• Record results

LEVEL 1: POINT ON THE RIM OF A BICYCLE WHEEL

• Get my bike
• Measure the diameter of the wheel on the bicycle (50 cm)
• Multiply the diameter (50 cm) by 3.14
• Divide that answer by 100
• Record results
