Keeping up and scheduling appointments is one of the most important jobs that an office administrator has to do. Being able to book the appointment on a specific day and making sure that all the information is correct, helps to keep doctors, nurses, physicians, CNA, and all medical staff steady ready for the next patient.

Answering phone calls is a major requirement for working in medical office. Assisting patients and other staff members that may have questions, they rely on you to know the answer, or to look something up, schedule an appointments, etc. Working in this type of environment, you must create your own way of handling and keeping up with things, that way it will make things flow and run very smooth.
