-Mental Health-
How you handle the stress of life and how you keep an upbeat, cheerful attitude on life. To look at ones mental health their friends and family are looked at. Learning abilities are also looked at

-Social Health-
Social network is a crucial indicator of social health. It is how one keeps and forms a healthy relationship with their peers. A lack of friends leads to depression which causes health related systems.

-Physical Health-
Defined by ones sleeps and eating habits. Exercise and oral hygiene are also a part of ones physical health. During a physical health evaluation drugs, smoking, and alcohol are looked at since they are bad for your health.

These three sides work well together to have a good balance when you try to keep your life balanced. If you keep yourself stress free and cheerful and have friends and you take care of your body the best you can. If you do this than your health triangle will work at its best.

My mental health could be better. I let myself get very stressed and don't try to change it. I try to keep a cheerful attitude but I cant alway do it.

My social health is really good. I'm friends with pretty much everyone. I talk to a lot of people and hang out with a lot of people.

My physical health isn't that great. I go to bed very late and don't alway eat the best. I stay up until about 11. I eat junk food with my friends like every weekend.

In order to make my health triangle better I can try and make my life less stressful and try to go to bed earlier and eat healthier.
