SOME GUIDELINES TO HELP YOU SET GOALS
First, make the goal something you really want.
Second, write down your goals with a positive attitude.
Don't look at wrongs, look at the rights!
Lastly, think about the steps necessary to accomplishing your goal.

Creating a plan helps you accomplish your goal.
Think about the small objectives that you can take to make it happen.
Right down specific goal.
Make sure to add when it is you want it to be accomplished.
Writing down how you think you will feel after you have reached your goal can help.
