NEUROFIBROMATOSIS

SYMPTOMS OF TYPE 1

• Presence of light brown spots on the skin

TREATMENTS

• Their is no cure for NF1 or NF2
• Surgery may be helpful in removing tumors
• For optic gliomas, treatment may include surgery and/or radiation
