  • Women: wear traditional skirts, use shawls (rebozos)
  • Men: in traditional parties they wear sombreros and boots
  • The women use colorful jewelry
  • They are tanned color.

BELIEFS:

  • 90% Are known to be Catholics
  • 6% Are Protestant and Christian
  • Small communities of Muslims,
  • Jews, and Buddhist.

  • It's important for them to let their
  • visitors feel welcome in their homes.
  • Mariachi music is very popular in Mexican parties
  • Pottery, and making cotton garments is popular

  • Independence Day is very popular in Mexico.
  • It is celebrated on September 6th.
  • Its when Mexico won against Spain.
  • Another famous is Cinco De Mayo.
  • For the Mexican victory from the French.

ECONOMY:

  • Mexico is trade partners with United Staes,
  • Canada, China, and Germany
  • Imports: petroleum, auto parts, other electronic parts
  • Yearly income per average household is about $6,804.00
  • Exports: petroleum, auto parts, monitors and projections

  • The men is usually the authority of a home.

  • Mexico is a male-centric society

  • Most are in big neighborhoods
  • An average home has about 3-2 rooms

  • News play a big part:
  • Let the people know of their surroundings
  • And television is used for entertainment:
  • Many women like to watch "novelas"
  • Or soap operas.

  • Most payed are airplane pilot and teachers
  • Most common and less payed are :
  • Mining
  • Restaurant
  • And construction

  • There's parks where people walk
  • They have mountains and beaches

LANGUAGE:

  • Most speak Spanish.
  • But there's about 62 indigenous languages
  • Such as Aztec and Nahuatl,
  • Only about 6% of the population are non-Spanish speaking

MOVEMENT:

  • Most of transportation is by taxi and bus.
  • Not everyone owns a car.
  • Another is by foot, it's easier for them.

NATIONAL PRIDE:

  • They are very serious about they pride.
  • They express it by wearing their custom clothing.
  • They are big supporters of their countries team
  • in any sport.

  • Are a founding member of the OAS
  • The inter-American treaty of reciprocal assistance
  • Or the (rio treaty)

  • The population is about 117.41 million
  • Area: 761,616 square miles
  • Pop. Density is about 57 people per sq.mi.
  • There are about 56 indigenous groups
  • One of the largest is the Mestizos

  • Schools are improving from the last decade

  • Mexicans are very religions, & will get offended
  • Don't be disrespectful around your family members
  • Be polite and show manners

  • Mexico is 80% rural
  • Only about 3/4 of the population

  • There's many museums to see
  • They have the Guadalupe shrivel
  • And the many pyramids there are
  • And the the large and famous beaches

WEATHER & CLIMATE:

  • Mexico had different climates:
  • In some parts it can be tropical
  • Some are dry deserts
  • And some have snow-capped mountains

  • Mexico is between the U.S and shouts America
  • It's bordered by the pacific and Caribbean Sea
  • And Gulf of Mexico
  • It's located in the tectonic plates of North America,
  • Pacific and cocos

YUMMMM!:

  • Chocolate is known to be made 1st
  • by native people of Mexico. From the xocolatl beans
  • It's used in some famous dishes like mole.
  • Other Mexican treats can be pandulce, and churro
  • Famous dishes include tamales, enchiladas and chilaquiles

ZOOLOGY:

  • Some animals include:
  • Mexican grey wolf
  • Donkey
  • Jaguar
  • And Mexican garter snake
