ABOUT MICHELANGELO ?

HE WAS BORN ON MARCH 6,1475. HIS NOTABLE WORK IS DAVID, PIETA, THE LAST JUDGEMENT, AND THE SISTINE CHAPEL CEILING. THE MOVEMENT WAS THE HIGH RENAISSANCE. HE DIED ON FEBRUARY 18, 1564 ON AGE 88.

HOW DID MICHELANGELO LEARN HOW TO PAINT AND SCULPT
Michelangelo learned from and was inspired by the scholars and writers in Lorenzo’s intellectual circle.
While staying in the Medici home his technique under the tutelage of Bertoldo di Giovanni, keeper of Lorenzo’s collection of ancient Roman sculptures and a noted sculptor himself.
