The Euphrates-Tigris rivers form a major river system that was home to the world's first civilization.

The Arabian Peninsula is the largest peninsula in the entire world.

The Sahel is a tropical transitional zone that separates the Sahara Desert area from the rest of Africa.

The Dead Sea is a salt sea that is the lowest point of elevation on Earth.

The nomadic lifestyle usually consists of a person who is a member of a community who live in different locations that move from one place to another.

Water is the most influential and important resource. It is used for survival, irrigation, herding, and trade.

OPEC stands for Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries. Its motto is to coordinate and unify the petroleum policies.
