This course is designed for the participant to explore his/her relationship to food, to explore some of the messages that the participant carries about food, and to identify personal patterns around eating through using mindfulness- based practices.

Course Objectives - Participants Will :

  • Understand the fundamental principles of mindfulness and mindful eating.
  • Will know how to start and engage in a mindful eating practice.
  • Develop the basic skills and have an understanding of the roots of mindful eating.
  • Understand how the mindful eating cycle works.
