  • You can get minerals from milk, cheese, yougurt.
  • You can aslo get it in orange, juice, ceresld, crackers.

HOW MUCH DO WE NEED? WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DONT GENOUGH.

  • It can leads to health problems.
  • Especially when your a kid you can get weaker bones.

  • For this reason, it is important to discuss any minerals
