Minnesota's climate is warm in the summer cold in the winter with lots of snow. The average* temperature in January is 2*F. 15* F in the south and the north an average of 56*F. The average winter high is 14* F with a low average of -8* F In January. Minneapolis and St. Paul have an average temperature 23* F and a low of 6* F. Minnesota also has warm summers to so its all not so bad ( only if you go in the summer ). The twin cities have a summer average temperature of 74* F. that is why some people say that Minnesota has two seasons swat for the bugs and shovel for the snow.

FUN FACTS
1. The lowest temperature ever recorded*was on February 9th 1899 and February 16th 1903 in Leach Lake dam and Pokegam falls with a record of -59* F.
2. Some people call Minnesota the nation's ice box
3. The highest temperature ever recorded was on July 6th 1938 and July 29th 1917 in Morhead and Beardale.
4. The great drought* in 1988 that caused farmers to not grow crops and Minhaha falls to dry out.
5. Red River falls get over flowed in the spring most of the time.

Geography
Minnesota's geography includes different types of landforms like bodies of water, plains, forests and a mountain. Minnesota has a lot of lakes but the biggest lake is upper and lower red lake. Minnesota he Mississippi River is a transportation from the south to the north. Minnesota's has bunch of farmland on the plains. Eagle mountain is the highest mountain in Minnesota. In conclusion I think you should go to Minnesota because you can go swimming in a lake and go fishing in a lake and a river.

Farming and mining are Minnesota top resources. These resources may be renewable and nonrenewable.nonrenewable Farmers have live stock and corn wild rice, super soybeans that is garnet sand and gravel. The beautiful pink and white lady's slipper is the states flower.Wet islands are lands that are covered with water.Fall line, the fall line is the boundary between the piedmont.Key is a low island. Hurricane is a violent storm that occurs over the ocean. Extinct or no longer alive. Plus,a combination of ground up wood chips.Fossil fuel is a fuel that is known replaced from leftovers of dead animals of animals
