Minnesota biggest honey producing county is in Polk, Minnesota.( Northeast)

Minnesota top producing crops are corn and soybean.
They are ranked 3rd in soybean and 4th in corn.

Minnesota has invented the Green Giant Vegetables.

Minnesota's most valuable livestock products are hogs. Minnesota is a leading (#3) hog-producing state.

The number of farms in Minnesota is 74,542.

It has 7 types of soil.

Dairy Industries supports over 38,00 jobs in the state.
