The miracle of Jesus healing a paralytic man's sin and returning his ability to walk and move is written in the three gospels of Matthew, Mark, and Luke.
This act shown to us by the Gospels describe how Jesus had forgiven the man and his family of their sins for they have shown great faith. Jesus simple heals him using his words and forgiveness which would mean this is a miracle because there are no explanations how he had accomplished this besides being the Son of God and showing his love for humanity.
Jesus heals the man of his physical disorder of being paralyzed. This is a physical healing for after the man is forgiven, his handicap has been removed and he can now move and walk after a vast amount of time being stuck to the mat.
There may be a deeper meaning to this Miracle for those who wish to delve further. For this paralytic man was full of sin and without God, but he had returned with faith and God has returned to him. The recognition of Jesus' power gave him mobility and life.
God has the power to give us great life and the ability to truly live it, but without God life would be meaningless and stiff. This miracle shown by Jesus is a sign that not only is God powerful and life giving, but God is also forgiving to those who truly wish to follow and care.
