SALON PLAN

PLANS

  • There will be at least 10 stylists 8 of them experienced and 2 apprentices
  • Time of cap will be a year realistically.
  • Square footage of maybe 3500.
  • Location would be in Vancouver on davie by English bay, lots of foot traffic.
  • Lots of parking will be offered as well.

PRICING

  • 20-35+ For haircuts
  • 100+ for perms(depending what type of curl)
  • 80+ for haircolors(depending if it’s retouches or full color or lightner.
  • Different packages for tanning from 500mins to 100mins, 170$-250 comes with lotions
  • Spray tans at 60$ for the whole works or 35 just for basic spray.
  • I do not offer manicures or facials, as most salons don’t do that anyways. It’s the reason I added tattoo shop.
  • Tattoo prices range from flats rate(by the piece) or by the hour, depends on the tattoo artist.

AGE MARKET

  • 18+
  • We offer adult drinks for waiting times.
  • Kids cuts are on select days and are Disney themed to ease their minds.
  • People’s annual income I’d say 27000 a year. I would like to offer low cost rates for those in need.
  • My customers would range from tattooed individuals to no tattoos and classy women, we will have a neiche everyone can get with.
  • Unisex, everyone’s welcome.

SALON TRAINING.

  • Will be given class time in a place that offers more advanced training towards what a professional wants to advance more in.
  • Costing of said programs are free to take but business pays the price of courses to help advance and grow.

MEDICAL PLANS

  • We pay 50% and the employees pay 50% into their medical plans, which covers dental and medical.

MANAGEMENT

  • Management will be in charge of taking ordering stock notes to let owners know what needs to be restocked.
  • Operating front desk and taking phone calls will be a receptionist job.
  • Managers wage will be between 25-30/hr

ADVERTISING

  • Each hairstylist and tattoo artists are to have their own clientele, but we will also use Instagram and google to get the word out there.
  • Promoting our business would include gifts to clients such as free services or a % off of tattoos.
  • These would just cost the prices of the products we give away.
