Dealing with nervousness

  • having something in hands (i.e. notes)
  • don't expect perfection (i.e. embrace the 'Lucy Moments') and keep going
  • don't equate self worth to how well you do 
  • look for the 'friendly face' every so often
  • don't try to memorize and avoid being nervous about being nervous
