1682 MISSION CORPUS CHRISTI DE LA YSLETA

1690 MISSION SAN FRANCISCO DE LOS TEJAS

  • It was located near the Neches River near the present day town of Weches they had troubles diseases were killing people and Tejas didn't want to know anything about Catholic Church

1716 THE EAST OF TEXAS MISSIONS

  • They were guided by St. Denis a large Spanish force arrived in June 1716 the Spanish family came to live in the forest of east Texas they were friendly and did not resist the Spanish effort

1718 SAN ANTONIO DE VALERO

  • The Spanish officials chose a site on the San Antonio and they stayed there and farmed and for protection

  • From Los Adaes Aguayo traveled south west to Garcitas creek were his expedition established a mission and a presidio near the ruins of La salle's fort
