  • Corn is Minnesota most farmed crop because its worth the most. Minnesota is the fourth leading producer in USA.

  • About 7 million acres are used for beans in Minnesota. Minnesota is the third leading producer in the USA.

  • There is number of labor laws for agirculture. A small employer has to pay their employees $477.75 a week and a large gets $588 a week.

  • Animal waste can be good for making fertile farm land. It is also bad because it can leak into water systems and contaminate it.

  • Minnesota use to have more forests than it does now because of its great farming land people started deforesting to create more farm land. This also has taken homes of the wild and caused them to move away.
