7 TRAITS OF A MORALLY GOOD PERSON
LOYALTY
Loyalty is faithfulness. A morally good person would keep her promises and be steadfast in her dedication to what she loves and in her obligations.
HONESTY
To be honest is to be truthful, upright, and fair. An honest person tries not to lie about others or be fraudulent. Their words are sincere and they have honor.
KINDNESS
to be kind is to be friendly and considerate. A kind person is giving and uplifts others. A kind person tries not to hurt anyone/anything.
EMPATHY
Empathy is understanding the feelings of others and being sensitive towards their emotions. A morally good person does not enjoy hurting others. They are compassionate.
RESPECT
to be respectful is to have dignity and integrity. A morally good person is polite, and they do not violate or disrespect the beliefs or qualities of another. They treat everyone/everything with dignity.
Self-restraint
Self-restraint is temperance and discipline. A morally good person can control her words and actions. She doesn’t give in to unhealthy urges.
Humility
To have humility is to lack vanity. A person who is humble is not arrogant, nor are they self-loathing. They are simply self-aware. They know they are not above anyone else and they are thankful for their talents. They appreciate the talents and gifts of others. They do not build themselves up by putting others down.
