For my spelling test my teacher had to dictate the word and we had to write it down on a piece of paper.

My friend and I both won the writing certificate for the best calligraphy writing.

A written message from a doctor that officially tells a patient what medicine to take.
I went to a pharmacy to give them my prescription so they can give me my medicine.

I read the autobiography of Ben Franklin and he told lots of facts about him.

Noun
Words that are written on or cut into a surface.
When I went to a store to buy food, I saw an inscription and read in my mind.
