The story of Moses!

Once upon a time there was a boy named Moses, his mother sent him down a river to safety.

Moses was born in 1392 b.c.e~ 1272 b.c.e, Moses was born in Goshen a lower part in Egypt. Moses was in danger, there was an order that stated all the first born male child be immediately killed. Therefor since Moses's mother ( Jochebed) and father (Amram ) loved him enough to set him free, by placing Moses into a basket and sending him down the river.

After moses was sent down the river a pharaoh took him out of the basket to raise him as her own. At this age he was 3 months old.

At the age of 40

One day, after Moses had grown up, he went out to where his own people were and watched them at their hard labor. He saw an Egyptian beating a Israelites one of his own people. Looking this way and that and seeing no one, he killed the Egyptian and hid him in the sand.

Moses was married to a women called Zipporah and had two children named Gershom and Eliezer.

Moses went to the pharaoh and asked that all the Israelites be free. But the pharaoh refused to let them leave.

When the Pharaoh would not let the Israelites go God put a curse on all of them.🐸There were 10 curses called the ten plaques.

After God did this Moses and the Israelites ran away as Egyptian guards followed them to the river, in a rush Moses parted the Red sea and ran through with the Israelites , to freedom!

After Moses leads the Israelites out of Egypt, he takes them to Mount Sinai where they receive the 10 commandments and the rest of the Torah. The Torah forms the bedrock of Judaism, containing detailed instructions on day-to-day living, rules by which Jews still live today.

Moses died when he was 119 years old , Moses died at Mount Nebo, Moab. After he died the group needed a new leader, Joshua became leader after the death of Moses.but no man knows his burial place to this day.
