The Mozambique flood occurred February 2000 to March 2000.

The Mozambique flood was caused by heavy rainfall.

The flood started in south Africa and came over to Mozambique.

Approximately eight hundred people were killed.

44 thousand people were left homeless.

500 million dollars of property was damaged/destroyed.

A cyclone Elaine began in the middle of the flood.

The force of the flood was erosion.
