2. Bring a few paper towels!

FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  • Place the hen on the butcher paper
  • Make sure hen has no innards
  • Throw innards away carefully!

  • Weigh the hen (teacher will come to your table)
  • Fill hen with salt
  • Coat hen with cinnamon and ginger

  • Place hen in a ziploc bag
  • Fill the bag with salt, surrounding the hen
  • Seal the ziploc!
  • Write your pharaoh's name on the ziploc
