Why Motorsport?

• I selected motorsport because as the producer and director it was a more unique topic to base my music video on as it's not a topic which is regularly accessed.

Synopsis

• The story of a racing enthusiast whose whole life has revolved around motorsport and his racing idols.
• The story takes place at a karting track where he can revel in his passion.

Key Story Line Details

• The main character will be anonymous to leave it up for individual interpretation by the viewers.

Music

• The song is "Juventa Move Into Light (Koven Remix)"
• The song is very fast paced which relates to sound and pace of motorsport.
• The music also contains moments when it slows down, these moments can be utilised to add more personal moments within the story.

The Crew

• The crew will be selected students who want to participate driving around the circuit.
• I will be directing the filming and editing the finished video to meet my expectations.

Filming

• Filming will be completed in two sessions.
• The first session will be filming in the third person of the crew driving around the track.
• The second session is first person filming which is from the perspective on track using a go pro helmet attached.

Effects

• The music video will be edited so that it is in black and white to create a more mysterious atmosphere and make everything feel more anonymous.

Filming Location

• The music video will be filmed in "Absolutely Karting" Basingstoke in Chineham.
• The track is easy for film crew to access.
