Ideas and the spread of learning were very important to the Muslim community. New and efficient trade routes were developed to improve the spread of ideas. Large learning centers such as the Djinguereber Mosque and libraries such as the Library of Al-Hakam were constructed to maintain the high quality and importance of learning. A singular currency was created to make trade easier and more feasible. Learning centers were built on trade routes so that new practices could be integrated into the learning of the day. Today, the trade routes are still known for their length and complexity, and the ideals constructed during the time remained prevalent for centuries to come.

US AIR STRIKES AGAINST ISIS

On the morning of September 25, the U.S. led air strikes that target oil refineries in Iraq and Syria. These Islamic states get money from these refineries through the black market. According to Obama, the goal of the bombings were not to attack ISIS but to attack the idea of extremism. He explained that it is not a fight against Muslims; they are not all about being violent. Instead, it is against the "soul of Islam." The air strikes are to aid those that live in contempt of the government that serves them.

In conclusion, the Islamic religion has had a substantial effect on the development of the modern world. New learning and trade routes spread breakthrough ideas around the world. Domes, patterns, and minarets are present on Islamic buildings. Multiple Muslim empires were built across Northern Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Since its establishment in 610, Islam has exhibited a large presence in the world. This influence remains strong today.
