• The deciduous forest has 4 distinct seasons, spring, summer, autumn, and winter.In the autumn the leaves change color.In the winter the leaves fall off.
• The animals adapt to the climate by hibernating in the winter and living off the land in the other 3 seasons.
• The plants adapt to the forest by leaning to the sun.Soaking up nutrients from the ground is another way of adaptation
• A lot of deciduous forests have lost land to farms and towns.Although people are trying to save the animals poachers are killing the animals in the forest.
• The animals are losing their homes because of people are building their homes ;
