Summary:
One day, Roo responds to a text message while she is driving, and the life as she knows it ends. The car flips, hitting a dog and almost the owner. Everyone she knew thinks she is in a coma, with no way to communicate but really she has locked-in syndrome.

Roo can see and understand everything her poor sister says to her, but no one knows it She is trapped in her own mind, screaming for help. Although, no one can hear her. She knows she'll find a way to speak to her sister before it gets too late, and the doctors have no choice but to let her go.
