  • Fruit includes, apples, bannas, oranges, etc.

VEGETABLE GUIDELINE

  • The Vegetable Guideline is important for telling
  • you how much veges you need daily because veges contains
  • stuff like vitamins and minerals like fruits.
  • Vegetables include spinach, ledduce, etc.

GRAIN GUIDELINE

  • The Grain Guidline is important because
  • grains have vitamins in them and the guideline tells you
  • how much you need daily.
  • Grains include bread, otmeal, brown rice, etc.

DAIRY GUIDELINE

  • The Dairy Guideline is important because it tells
  • you how much dairy you need daily and dairy has calcium,
  • vitamins, etc.
  • Dairy includes milk, cheese, cream, etc.

PROTEIN GUIDELINE

  • it tells you how much protein you need in your daily diet.
  • Protein is good because it is a nutrient.
  • You can get protein from meat, dairy, etc.

EXERCISE GUIDELINE

  • The Exercise Guideline is important because
  • it tells you how much exercise you should be getting daily.
  • Exercise includes sports, and activities that make you tired.
