Since I work in IT, you probably already know what I do, and you'd be right....

I BUILD LEADERS.

I develop talent that drives value to the business.

Specifically, I build Forward-Thinking, Strategic, Innovators.

The ones that use their talents to marry business needs with technology.

What do I mean by leaders?

Leaders Are
The light in the darkness

Leaders are
The ones who can help the lost gather their bearings, to use as a reference in establishing direction.

Leaders are
The towers of strength.
The ones who weather the storm, not because that is their job, it's because that is who they are.

Without leaders...

We move too slowly
We lose focus
We lose energy, and clarity

We lose direction, and desire

Subsequently
We forget why we are on the road.
We forget where we are going.

AS a result, our path becomes fuzzy, and unsure.

We need to change.

We need to develop talent, and build more leaders.

I believe.... the approach is to nurture.

To plant inspiration

To commit time and energy to water, protect, encourage, and grow.

And then to sit back, and watch the emergence of that growth into a leader.

If we can effectively nuture, and develop talent, talent that can support enhancing patient outcomes, then....

we can save lives.
