Definiton

• subject to dry heat, especially as it hardens, usually cooked in an oven.

Backround

• My grandmom taught me how to bake everything.
• I started baking when I was very young.

• Baking lets me express myself.
• Baking also lets me be creative.

• A person eats an average of 300 cookies in a year
• In Daphne,Alabama a bakery made the worlds largest brownie.
• The PEEPS brand made enough PEEPS to circle around the world twice
