THE 1STAMENDMENT

• Assemble
• Petition
• Press
• Speech

THE 2ND AMENDMENT

• The second Amendment says
• You have a right to bear arms.

THE 3RD AMENDMENT

• The third Amendment says that soldiers
• cannot be in a private home with out a owner.

THE 4TH AMENDMENT

• States that you can't have
• Unreasonable searches or seizure
• Of persons,homes,and effects without a
• Warrant.

THE 5TH AMENDMENT

• Says when you are on trial including no
• Condemnation including no condemnation
• You can say"I pledge the fifth".

THE 6TH AMENDMENT

• States you have the right to a speedy trail.
• And an attorney.

THE 7TH AMENDMENT

• In lawsuits of more than $20,a trail by a jury
• May be requested.

THE 8TH AMENDMENT

• Restricts excessive fines and cruel
• And unusual punishments.

THE 9TH AMENDMENT

• Just because a right is not
• Mentioned in the constitution
• Does not mean thang people are
• Not entitled you it.

THE 10TH AMENDMENT

• Not all the power is given to the government
• But some to the locals.
