1. Assign a # to each group member (1-5);
2. Gather with participants with the same # as yours;
3. Read about the competency assigned to your group;
4. Identify where the activity "Design a Catapult" sits in the spectrum for your competency;
5. Go back to your original group and share what you have learned.

  • Think about your students current needs
  • Think about a 21C that could support a need you have identified
  • Take a look at the spectrum for that 21c competency
  • Reflect on your task and identify where it sits on the spectrum for that competency
  • Does the activity need to be modified? If yes, how? Use the templates provided.
