INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Assign a # to each group member (1-5);
2. Gather with participants with the same # as yours;
3. Read about the competency assigned to your group;
4. Identify where the activity "Design a Catapult" sits in the spectrum for your competency;
5. Go back to your original group and share what you have learned.

• Think about your students current needs
• Think about a 21C that could support a need you have identified
• Take a look at the spectrum for that 21c competency
• Reflect on your task and identify where it sits on the spectrum for that competency
• Does the activity need to be modified? If yes, how? Use the templates provided.

21C COMPETENCIES

1. Talk about the student needs you have identified in your respective classrooms.
2. Discuss how the 21c competency your group selected can meet one of those needs.
3. Allow each person 2 min to talk uninterrupted.

MISSION POSSIBLE
