- Idioms are phrases that can't be taken literally.
- Raining cats and dogs is a idiom.
- When it is raining cats and dogs it means it is raining hard.
hyperbole
- A hyperbole is a exaggerated statement or claim.
- He could buy everything in the world.
- ou can't really buy everything in the world.
PERSONIFICATION
is a non human thing and giving it human characteristics.
ALLITERATION
Alliteration is saying a bunch of words that start with the same letter like Bailey baked a banana bread.
