Napoleon Bonaparte

Napoleon was born august 15th 1769 in the Corsican city of Ajaccio, he was born to Carlo Bonaparte and
Letizia ramolino.

in 1795 he met Josephine de Beauharnais, and married in 1796. After divorcing Josephine in 1809 he married Marie Louise, the daughter of Emperor Francis II of Austria in 1810.

By 1785 he was second lieutenant in the french army, and in 1795 he was appointed commander of the army of the interior

once in control of france he establishing the Bank of France, reorganizing education, and reforming France's legal system with a new set of laws known as the Code Napoleon.

• Establishing the bank of France
• Reorganized the education system

• Granted religious freedom
• Gave freedom to slaves in some neighboring countries
